💡 What is RTV silicone? RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone is a specialized, pure formulation engineered to cure on its own at room temperature. Regular silicone is a broader term that often refers to general-purpose hardware store caulks or sealants, which may be diluted with oils or solvents and take longer to cure.
Boss brand silicones are professional grade used in residential and commercial applications.
